Clevedon.me accepts listings, logos, descriptions, event details and links from users. Submitters must only upload or publish content they own, are authorised to use, or may lawfully use.

Copyright contact

Copyright and DMCA-style notices should be emailed to moo@tnh.org.uk. Please include enough information for us to identify the content and contact you.

Takedown notices

If you believe content on Clevedon.me infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of someone authorised to act for the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. The Clevedon.me URL or other information that lets us locate the allegedly infringing material.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number if available, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, their agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.

What we do after a notice

We may remove or disable access to the content while we review the notice, contact the listing owner where appropriate, and preserve audit information needed to manage the request.

Counter notices

If your Clevedon.me content was removed after a copyright complaint and you believe this was a mistake, email us with the removed URL, your contact details, an explanation of why the material should be restored, and a statement that you consent to appropriate dispute handling. We may ask for additional verification before restoring content.

Repeat misuse

Listings or accounts that repeatedly submit infringing, misleading or unauthorised material may be rejected, suspended or removed.

Important note

Clevedon.me is operated in the UK, but we provide this DMCA-style process so copyright owners have a clear, practical way to request removal of material. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
